Our Trust and schools are made of a Trust Board, and Local Governing Bodies which are continually evolving and require a consistent stream of volunteers from local businesses to stay relevant and compliant.  We are currently recruiting volunteers to join these boards.

Being a board member offers fantastic opportunities to not only shape Sheffield’s educational provision, but also shape personal and professional development.

Governance is a volunteering opportunity which can offer development in a range of skills and can fit alongside most full-time work. Volunteers will be expected to attend at least 6 meetings per year, two in each school term, and contribute strategically to the work of the Trust.
